  • We reserve the right to modify product pricing, offers, or terms.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for Bosch power tools, except in cases where the product is damaged upon receipt. We accept returns of the damaged product within 24 hours of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged Bosch power tool, please contact us immediately and provide a video of the unboxing process as part of your claim. This is necessary to assess the condition of the product upon arrival.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. Incorrect or Outdated Delivery Address:

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

2. Incorrect Address Format:
If the address format is incorrect, including any form of a PO Box address, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

3. Failed Delivery Attempts:
If our courier agent fails to deliver the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

4. Package Refused by Recipient:
If the recipient refuses to accept the package, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

6. Minor Model variations and Design Updates:
We are direct Dealers of Bosch, and there may be some minor updates from the photographs on our website. Minor colour and design variations are not considered defects.

HOWEVER, REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES within 7 days from delivered:

1. Packages Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

2. Wrong Item Shipped:
If we discover that a wrong item has been shipped to you, we will promptly replace the item with the correct one at no additional cost.

REFUND PROCESS

You can return a product within 1 day from received.If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned product. The refund will be credited back to you via Razorpay to the original payment method.
